We had a few options in developing our block in Warners Bay NSW and decided on the construction of 3 x 2 Story townhouses. Premium design and quality inclusions were a must on this project. The team at NBC made for a seamless progression throughout the entire process. The project ran on time (actually ahead of time) and on budget. One of the highlights was the experience Noel has with consultants and local council that provided many cost saving alternatives to keep the development on track. Noel always prioritised the quality stipulated for on selling, and each stage was reviewed with the highest level of satisfaction before proceeding to the next important outcome.
There was never an instance that we felt we had to cut corners or accept an inferior result. Noel understood the desired result from the start, and ensured that we took every possible opportunity to succeed.

I recently engaged the services of Newcastle Building & Construction, specifically, Director, Noel Bradley to build a small/medium townhouse development in Islington NSW, 2296. The development comprised of 6 x 3bdm townhomes. Noel managed the project from start to finish. The experience from my perspective was seamless, professional and informative.
